How to purchase

Conditions of purchase:

 

1. Ordering.

 

1.1. If you have a desire to order you can do the following:

1.2 To complete the order you need to give the following information: full name, phone number, full address, e-mail.

1.3. To purchase goods through online-store follow these steps:

  • Fill the “basket” with the selected goods;
  • Complete the order (select ways of payment and delivery);
  • Pay your order;
  • Get the goods.

 

2. Terms of order.

 

2.1. Delivery deadline is 14 working days from the moment you completed the order.

2.2. After you completed the order you get the information on expected day of delivery. This date depends on availability of ordered goods, way and distance of transportation.

 

3. Delivery.

 

3.1. The area of delivery is not limited to Ukraine only.

3.2. In case of large quantity of orders it may happen that not all the goods are sent in one package. The costs of the order processing are charged only once during main delivery.

3.3. The order is personally delivered to the person that is mentioned as the Recipient or to the authorized by the customer person.

 

4. Payment.

 

4.1. The prices at the website are in UAH without VAT. The price may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. Though prices of ordered goods cannot be changed.

4.2. Methods of payment:

  • Non -cash: transfer to account 2600 41 18 95 of LOD OJSC Raiffaisen Bank Aval, MFO 325570 (ЛОД ВАТ «Райффайзен Банк Аваль», МФО 325570);
  • Cash: in the store in 27 Valova str., Lviv;
  • Credit card (types of cards): in the store in 27 Valova str., Lviv;
  • While receiving delivery at post office.

4.3. If you order through online-store, after processing your order gets “confirmed” status, a number and exact cost of it with VAT and other costs (delivery). The Customer receives an e-mail message on e-mail address he mentioned about the status of the order. After payment is received (except orders purchased by post) your order gets status “executed” and is forwarded to you by the means of delivery you have chosen.

4.4. 100% of prepayment is required in case of retail sales (courier delivery).

4.5. 50 % of prepayment is required in case of wholesale. The second part of payment is transferred after delivery in 5 days period.

4.6. If the order is made by post 100% of it is paid after delivery. The customer pays for the order and delivery and then gets the goods at the post office.

4.7. When the order costs less than 5000 UAH delivery is paid by the Customer. In case the order costs more than 5000 UAH delivery is free.

 

 

5. Returning and exchanging.

 

5.1. The Customer has the right to refuse from the goods before he/she received them or in 14 days period after he/she got the delivery. To return the goods of proper quality they have to remain  market condition, consumer appeal and also you need a document that confirms the fact and conditions of purchase. The goods have to remain in original package.

5.2. If the item is a part of  the set it must be returned as the set.

5.3. If the goods are not suitable you may send them back to Lviv, 27 Valova str. at your own expense or using courier service. To the returned goods you need to enclose filled return form with the reason of returning mentioned in it, copies of the 1, 2 and 11 pages of your passport, copy of your ID number, copy of a pay slip that shows your payment of parcel delivery at the post office (or courier service).

5.4. Refund will be accomplished by transfer to your account or mail transfer. Newly ordered goods will be sent according to p. 3 and p. 4. According to Consumer Protection Law underwear is not the subject to return.

5.5. All the goods purchased in the sore are not the subject to return.
